Before booking a hotel, there are many consumers that seek to read the ratings and reviews which are available from past guests that have spent time at the hotel. These ratings and reviews can contain honest information which can help the individual make the decision to reserve a room at this particular hotel, or to keep looking for alternative accommodations.
When staying at a hotel, you should rate the hotel in which you are staying in order to help others make the decision. There are certain factors which should be examined when you are rating a reviewing a hotel in which you were a guest to get a clear and accurate depiction of the hotel – these include:
- The services available at the hotel
- The friendliness and efficiency of the staff of the hotel
- The amenities which were available at the hotel
- The cleanliness of the hotel
- The accuracy of the pictures that have been displayed in accordance with the true pictures of the hotel (It can be helpful to take pictures to post)
- The overall feeling of the hotel
- The cost of the hotel per night and the services that are included in this cost
