There are often multiple reviews for each hotel that has been stayed at by each traveler and most often these opinions seem to clash between which hotels were downright awful and which ones were spectacular.
When reading a hotel review, be sure to look for personal experiences in which the staff members went out of their way to help a guest of the hotel, look for specific ratings which are available from each hotel including the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the levels of service that were being offered. Also, be sure to determine which hotels lived up to the pictures and the promises that were made before booking, if applicable.
While reading a hotel review it is important to remember that everyone has different personal experiences and expectations when it comes to staying at the hotel. Looking at the important information, rather than personal experiences can help to differentiate the biased opinions.

What Should You Include in Your Hotel Review

When writing a hotel review, it is important to be honest and fair through the entire process. first, determine the level of service which was received at the hotel that provided the accommodations. Were these services less than satisfactory, merely satisfactory, good or excellent? Was there any specific part within the trip in which someone provided a higher than usual or excellent level of customer service which added to the entire experience of the trip?
It can be helpful to include pictures while making a hotel review, as they can be compared to the pictures which are often posted on the website for the hotel. These pictures can help the other potential travelers to gain a ‘real view’ of the hotel and therefore they can begin to plan their trip accordingly.
Be fair while ranking the hotel and write an in depth review that covers everything from the level of service that was provided, the costs, the food available at the hotel and even the amenities which were available. Think about the tiny details which you would like to know when booking a hotel trip and include these details within the review, as well as any other details that you feel would be beneficial to travelers.
