Time To Travel Cebu

I have been planning this vacation for some time now and it’s nearly here - almost. I have been to many countries as a traveler and one country that has always eluded me is the Philippines. I have been to several Asian countries over the past few years and had always planned to visit the Philippines and never did. But alas, I don’t need to worry about that now as I’m going!
Of course, the Philippines boasts so much to offer the foreign traveler. I couldn’t decide whether to go main land or opt for one of the islands. I’ll probably only be there once so I wanted to make the right choice. After much debating (and arguing) with my wife, we have opted for the province of Cebu. To be exact, Plantation Bay Cebu. After reviewing countless tourist accounts of the area, we feel this will be the best choice for us and our family.
Cebu is located to the east of Negros and the province itself is made up of no less than 167 islands. Cebu itself is probably one of the most developed provinces in the Philippines which to be honest is one of the main reason we chose it. We like to know we’re safe!
The Plantation Bay resort itself is extremely luxurious. Exactly the sort of place you need to relax in the beautiful Cebu surroundings. Like most luxury resorts in the Philippines, the complex boasts some of the best Spas and relaxation rooms in the country as well as some fantastic sports and leisure activities. I have also heard that the suites are simply to die for. We really can’t wait. Expect us to be posting lots of pictures of the resort and surrounding area. We just love to make our readers jealous! :-)
